Please contact your insurance company to verify benefits for your procedure and anesthesia. You will receive intravenous sedation during your procedure. These medications will impair your ability to drive. You must arrange for someone to take you home following your procedure.*
Please be aware that if you cancel your procedure for non-medical reason within 5 business days of your scheduled time, you will be subject to an amount-of-pocket fee of $150. Also, please note that your insurance company will not cover this fee.
